Single Origin Speciality - Mexico La Yerba

The town of La Yerba is a small community on the northern side of the San Juan Volcano and is home to Sociedad El Astal (ASTAL).

ASTAL provides a system of premiums for coffee produced by women, which has enabled the society’s eight female members to get their coffee to market.

This is a medium roast, giving you just the right side of fruitiness, with its Raspberry and Caramel notes.
