Single Origin Speciality - Aracaçu Microlot, Brazil
Aracaçu is an Indian name that means "The big tree that touches the sky".
The coffee in this microlot was grown on the Talhão Catuai do Mato plot, at 1010 masl. Naturally fermented over an extended 30 day period with intermittent resting and drying periods, it is then rested for 25 days inside wooden tulhas before drymilling, bagging and shipping.
This is a medium roast with flavours of Blueberry, Redcurrant and Hazelnut.
